Yellow Brick Gold is our precious metals department within Tin Man Scrap, Buxton.  We are a family run business so we offer a friendly and personal service. Yellow Brick Gold is run by partner, Melissa - whom you might recognise from BBC1's Flipping Profit & BBC1's The Bidding Room. It's been in operation since 2010 in the heart of Buxton, Derbyshire and we've been providing our area with the best recycling facilities ever since. As part of our recycling commitment we also recycle your precious metals.

 

We are a waste recycling company that is a proud member of the BMRA - British Metals Recycling Association - which is the UK's recognised group for all verified and checked scrap metal merchants who work to government legislation. 

 

We use state of the art analysing equipment to test our metals. Long gone are the days of chemical and long drawn out acid tests. We have a laser gun that can analyse your precious metals in a matter of seconds, and it'll tell you exactly what you have. We do this while you wait and in front of our customers.

 

For those who aren't local who still want to use us, we offer a FREE no obligation postal service where you can send your metals special delivery. We'll analyse it the same day we recieve it and give you a quote. Please email us so we can send you details on how to sell your gold to us and what we need from you. If you are not happy for any reason, we'll send the gold back to you at no cost.

 

The price we quote is the price we pay. We have no hidden assay or melt fees. We won't chage you anything for weiging in your precious metals. We pay YOU exactly what we've said and won't change our minds once we have your gold.

PAYMENTS

Our recycling is up to government standards. We will issue you a waste transfer to note for every transaction which fulfills your waste obligations. We pay for all our metals via BACS. Same day payment if you weigh in before 1pm, then it will be placed on for the following day.
